Ronald has visited Australia many times taking landscape photographs and the country retains an enduring fascination for him.
Chile
Chile is a wonderful country for landscape photographers - from the bleakness of the Atacama Desert through the lush of Lake District to the soaring peaks of Patagonia and particularly the unique mountain structures of Torres del Paine, Chile would seem to have it all.
New Zealand
New Zealand with its great diversity of landscapes and the Southern Alps is a special place for Ronald’s photography with its breath-taking vistas including the famous Franz Josef and Fox Glaciers which Ronald first visited in the winter of 1989.
Peru
Peru is another wonderful South American country filled with contrasting landscapes and like Chile has the Andes as the central spine of its landscape. A highlight of Ronald’s visit there was being able to take photographs of a relatively deserted Machu Picchu.
